Gemma, Samantha, Susie, Victoria, Claire, PADI Master Instructor, All attending the IDC.. In addition, we had Ian and Duncan – like lambs to the slaughter! We didn’t think that we would stand a chance! Fortunately, to bring a little balance, we also had Sid doing Staff Instructor Course, and Dean Staffing.The Course soon got the name of the “Magnificent Seven”
And Magnificent it was! the whole team bonded really well. In fact, most of them had met earlier in the year when PADI Master Instructor and I held a special EFR instructor course in Cambridge for most of the candidates. It was here that the first of the teamwork was formed. It was then contined through a “Mini Forum” via emails where all of the candidates shared their fears, expectations and just got to know each other.
Once we got to Sharm, the fun started! The course finished every day around 5 pm allowing the evenings to get up to antics in town.
After 100 pass rate, Gemma, Victoria, Duncan and Sid, are still in Egypt, Two in Sharm, and Two in Marsa Alam, they are enjoyting sun, sea and a totally new life.
I love my job! I see so many people change their lives..
