PADI Course Director will help you improve your knowledge by using 10 mock exams, 5 theory and 5 standards, each with the same format and the same content as the exams that you’ll find on your final Instructor Exam.
PADI Course Director will give you feedback and tips, often using video clips especially created for this program.
Dive Theory and PADI Standards are the most common areas to cause problems on a PADI IE, so let’s put that to bed while we still have time.
Where will the course be held?
The course will be held at Emperor Divers in Marsa Alam.
The whole IDC will be held on board one of Emperor Divers day boats. The atmosphere on board is fantastic! The boat will be free to move to dive sites suitable for the IDC training.
PADI Course Director (and probably other Staff Instructors) will be on board the whole time to give guidance, advice and support. They are both passionate that you will become a great PADI Instructor!
When? How Much?
Start early morning in Marsa Alam Tuesday 4th September, then work through to the 14th September.
We will then transfer to Hurghada for the IE on 15th and 16th September 2018.
You’ll discover how people learn! You’ll find out how psychology can make classroom lessons fun, interactive and memorable.
You’ll learn that its NOT about courses, but ALL about people!
PADI Course Director will show you some wonderful life skills. Your communication skills will improve, and your confidence levels will soar.
When you “Allow people to learn” in a very natural way, people learn so fast! Everyone learns at their own pace.
You’ll be putting all of these new techniques into your life as a PADI Instructor.
Diving around Marsa Alam in the wonderful Red Sea!
On these days, you’ll learn how to apply your teaching skills in Open Water.
You’ll find out how to ensure that your students are ready for the dives ahead and you’ll learn how to control them as a group.
During this period, you’ll also learn how to put all of these practices into place when teaching PADI Specialty Courses. You’ll get a chance to become a PADI Instructor in 5 specialties.
You’ll be fully prepared for the real world as well as for your Instructor Exam.

The PADI Instructor Exam
These are the days that you’ve been waiting for! These are the days that you’ll make that transition from PADI Divemaster to PADI Instructor.
You’ll find that you’re fully prepared for the exam and you also might be a little surprised that you will enjoy the two days with your PADI Examiners! They are fun people and are also looking forward to see you join the exciting new world of being a PADI Scuba Diving Instructor!

Anything more?
You’ll need some materials. You’ll need an IDC Crew Pack. Also EFR Instructor materials if you’re not already an EFR Instructor. You can buy these from any dive centre, but please make sure that you get the most up to date version! PADI are continuously updating courses and materials. The prices cover tuition, and IDC online. They do not cover accommodation, travel and entrance fees.
Nor do they include the Distance Learning program, Specialty Instructor package, Materials or PADI fees.
