Congratulations to Carole and Ross who have qualified as EFR Instructor today – OWSI soon! They both took the course ahead of their PADI Instructor Development courses which is in a few months time with Platinum PADI Course Director.
The EFR Instructor course is a fantastic taster of what they can expect from PADI Course Director during their PADI IDC. He teaches about the psychology used during successful teaching and passes on techniques that make courses interactive and fun for the participants. PADI Course Director uses these same techniques and his courses are always dynamic and energetic.
Carole and Ross both left their EFR Instructor course in Cambridgeshire brimming with excitement. They are excited about teaching others the EFR course with PADI Course Director’s method. They are also looking forward to the next instalment of their own learning. This will come during their PADI Instructor Development course with PADI Course Director at Reef Oasis ear.

My method is far removed from that because I realised a long time ago that it is much easier for someone to learn when they are relaxed.”
