Multi-level Emergency First Response Instructor Training at Reef Oasis

Multi-level EFRI Training

Emergency First Response Instructor training course took place at Reef Oasis Dive Club in Sharm today.

The one day course was taught by EFRI Trainer PADI Course Director. And comes ahead of the PADI Instructor Development course that starts in a few days.

During the Emergency First Response Instructor training Buddy refreshed and updated his existing EFR knowledge and skills.  He also added EFR Care for Children to his toolkit.

PADI Course Director explained how the extensive EFR materials can be used to teach people with different learning styles. There were discussions about being open-minded when teaching and testing knowledge during EFR courses. The day was also full of tips and tricks on how to make EFR courses dynamic and energetic.

Diane was also attending the Emergency First Response Instructor training.  Diane is already a qualified Emergency First Response Instructor.  She is planning to become an Emergency First Response Instructor Trainer. So she was closely studying PADI Course Director’s Emergency First Response Instructor training delivery method.

Diane said, “Last time I was in the Emergency First Response Instructor training course as a student to become an Instructor.  This time I am still a student, but now I am watching and learning at a different level.”

Platinum PADI Course Director absolutely relishes multilevel training.  He encourages it wherever possible during his diving curses.  “It is wonderful to have multilevel training going on during Emergency First Response Instructor training too.” PADI Course Director enthused.
