During the practical sections of the EFR Instructor course, candidates get to experience the interactive methodology that PADI Course Director advocates. Many comment on how easy it is to teach this way and that it gives them huge confidence to teach their very first EFR course.
Kev and Will show they have the confidence to teach others to care by qualifying as EFR Instructors. This certification comes just ahead of their PADI Instructor Development Course and has given them a useful insight into learning psychology and some great techniques to use during their instructor training.
