Why the training works
Congratulations to Becky, Maria, Sav, Martin and Stuart. The latest Emperor Divers PADI IDC in Sharm is off to a flying start with all candidates qualifying as EFR Instructors.
EFR Instructor Trainer PADI Course Director says, “ I love to start the IDC by teaching the EFRI course as it is a great ice-breaker and sets a wonderful foundation for learning. I teach it in an interactive way which results in the class gelling as a team which means they are relaxed for the IDC .”
How the training works
“This course is perfect for candidates who are going to be instructors because it has a brilliant structure for discussing the concepts of learning,” says PADI Course Director, “There are also many opportunities for candidates to experience and learn positive coaching techniques, which they can use not only when teaching First Aid but also scuba diving, or any other skills for that matter.”
